the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they spoke English, which was a huge help for us. Roxanne and her colleague were especially nice and even upgraded our room upon request. the chalet we stayed in was beautiful, and the location right by the lake was perfect. We loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub too. it was a wonderful experience!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. One of the best aspects of our stay was the private hot tub, which was a pleasant surprise and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We had a few issues during our stay. the staff was unresponsive when we had a leaking shower and the front desk was often unattended.

The private hot tub in Cottage 8 was a delightful surprise. The staff were helpful and responsive, even in bad weather. The place was clean, cute, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel is new with spacious rooms. Nespresso cups provided in the room. Quiet area in winter. Noah Spa is an excellent choice.
